I have a 1989 Seadoo Sp and had everything running on the stand. But once it hit the water it dies and won't start. We then took it out and started back up on the trailer. Had it running then dropped in the water and died again. Carb and fuel pump rebuilt. New spark plugs, new gas and oil. I noticed come imperfections on impeller. Would that grind and bog engine to shut down? Please let me know what you think

Well the rotary valve won’t cause 120 psi compression. You can pull the cover if you want though.
