everything ran great, took it into the river and ran it for about 30 minutes. end cap of the exhaust fell off and the haul started to fill with water. i brought the jetski to shore and dumped all the water. i started it back up and ran fine. i took it back into the water for about a minute to make sure everything was fine then loaded it onto the trailer and went home. i got home and went to start it to make sure everything was ok but it made no noise. didn't crank over or make any noises. took everything apart and replaced the starter. tested the old started and worked perfectly. motor was just rebuilt and has great compression and is not seized. i think it is the wiring but i dont kow. what could the problem be. looks like the starter isnt getting any juice to crank it. would it be the starter celinoid? please help me.
thanks.

I would check the battery cables to be sure they are getting a good clean connection.Be sure the battery is in good shape and has a full charge on it. Check the ground going to the starter area also. To see if it is getting power to the starter follow the power wire from the battery to the starter solenoid relay box, and open it up. Using a insulated wire jump across the terminals to see if the starter rotates. If it does it means it is getting power. It could be a bad connection elsewhere. If it doesn't rotate the starter could be the problem.
