It starts and idles fine, once i increase the throttle the Oil warning alarm comes on. I shut down and won't start again until after 5 minutes and runs fine after that. It does that 3 times already. I checked the oil level and at correct level. Oil change was last year. Any idea? Thanks in advance.

Could be the oil pressure sensor. If you have a friend that can plug into the computer and read the code may give you a good idea.

I had the same issue… long beep and check oil light but no failure code. Then I changed the oil senor next to the oil filter and the problem was solved. There is a second oil sensor direction to the boat nose. I didn’t change this, so my problem was definitely the sensor in the back. Later I could read the number and I saw it was the old sensor which is known for having this problems. If you have a fitting pipe wrench it’s a 10 minutes job.
