I was wondering if its nessecary to have both cylinders rebored if on cylinder compression is still 145 psi and the other 125. the 125 psi cylinder is the rear cylinder. The 145 psi cylinder looks good, no scoring on wall.

Thanks

i guess what you want to know is will the motor know or care if 1 cyl is a bigger diameter than the other? no, it won't. if you are buying a pair of pistons it wouldn't make sense to not punch the other hole out. if you want to buy only 1 piston, don't buy a wiseco. every other piston is a copy of seadoo's orig stuff. same weight-same dome design. interchangable with OEM. wiseco is forged. 40 grams lighter than stock or any other piston of same size. if going wiseco you really should bore because clearances are a tiny bit diff than cast pistons.

great thanks Derek. i'll keep that in mind. i'd forgotten that wiseco pistons are forged. Thanks again.
