ok everybody I have a manual for my 1995 seadoo speedster and here is what it says for timing the rotory valve.
mag piston top dead center-done that no head on motor so its easy
place 360 degree mark at bottom of intake port mag side cylinder-ok
mark 130 degree on crankcase--ok
place 360 degree mark on top of mag side intake port-ok
mark 65 degree on crankcase--ok
valve will not lineup at all on these marks
I have read on a thread on here this
360 bottom of port mark 149 degree mark
360 top port mark 65 degree mark
I have 2 rotory valves a 159 degree come out of the motor but if I go by the manual the 147 degree valve fits perfect.
is my manual wrong on this sbt even said I needed the 159 degree valve for this engine.
