Need help from someone with a tower 06 Challenger

Hi,

My Challenger is stored in Arizona and I am in California... I am buying a wakeboard rack for my tower and I can't find any info on the width of the tubing to buy the correct rack. Could someone help me out with that please?

Tower.....

It all depends on the tower you have and who it was made by. Most towers, except the wake edition made by Seadoo, has aftermarket wake towers. The outside diameter of the legs is 2" and the crossmembers are up to 2 and 3/8". So, without more specifics about your wake tower, I can only give you these generic sizes.

I have a feeling, these sizes are pretty standard in the industry though.

OK thanks... I thought that the stock ones that came with the 2006 Challenger were all the same. Mine is the most common one I have seen... the one with the bimini worked into it.

I attached a pic of a similar boat/tower (although mine has the actual wrap around windshield). Pretty cool it's being used as a police boat!

Anyway... any more help you could give me would be great... I spent the better part of the day calling dealers and searching online for the circumference of the bar. I need to order these wake board racks pretty soon to allow for delivery time... man those things re not cheap! 200 - 600 dollars. Some on ebay are cheaper... but wow!

My '07 stock tower, (looks just like your picture), is 1 7/8" OD.

Just wanted to reply and follow up in ase any one reads this post and needs this size. The tower that came stock with my 180 SE is actually 2" OD... just an FYI...
