We are looking into a bigger boat, because we have already out grown our speedster. We aren't looking for anything huge, but would like something that can hold 5-6 people and has a wake tower. Looking around here in AZ I found this 2006 Seadoo Speedster Wake Edition for $18000. Boat is very clean, and has under 50 hours....would this be a good deal?

Looks like just about everything on your checklist! What would be better?...maybe an extended warranty...or a reduction in price...but given what Craigmri is finding out there...GET IT!!

You can always offer a little less...but I don't think that you are going to find much better. Earlier this year, I was looking at a 2005 Challenger X...basically the same boat without the wake tower and it had the Merc engine in it. He was asking $23,000 before he check NADA and reduced it $21,000...then it was repo and the bank was still asking $18,500. :ack:

These are nada prices:

Low Retail Average Retail

TOTAL PRICE $14,260 $16,550

Bear in mind I find Nada prices to be low now-a-days. Something to do with the banks lending money I'm told. I'd say if you can get that boat for around $17,000....BUY IT! providing its clean and runs flawless.
