How many of you guys and girls out their have named your seadoo's and have the name displayed on it:)

I haven't officially named my SPX yet, but my first seadoo (89 SP) was named "Mountain Doo." Silly name, but it spent almost all its life up in the Blue Ridge mountains; so it was appropriate.

That was its name when I bought it. From what I understand from a buddy who is a complete boating NUT:willy_nilly:, it is quite the PITA (or steeped it deep tradition, take your pick) to rename a boat so it is staying that until I can afford 2 bottles of 'good' wine (or rum) and the bazillions of hours to rename it 'properly' (but the company of friends might make it easier). There is also the problem of the following: Don't know what else to call it. Marital ASSet?

Gny. Sgt. Hartman, Drill Instructor: "Tonight, you pukes will sleep with your Seadoos. You will give your rifle a girl's name, because this is the only pu$$y you people are going to get. Your days of finger-banging ol' Mary Jane Rottencrotch through her pretty pink panties are over! You're married to this piece. This boat of iron and fiberglass. And you will be faithful!"

Not Named as such but I have

More Power Scotty Aye Aye Captain !!

on the back of my Challenger
and no i'm not a star trek Geek
It just seems the nearest ive been to Warp Speed when WOT in the boat :hurray:

Mine SPi is called "Doug". I guess at some point in his lifetime he was owned by a "Doug" who made sure to put his name on the front upper sides (near the handlebars). A previous owner had them removed, but of course the UV-rays had etched them in.

Since I'm in Ontario and all I have to ride in is fresh water, I called myself "FreshWater_Doug". I thought it sounded good. Real name is Tate.

When the new decals go on I'll probably keep Freshwater Doug on there somewhere - just incase I run into anyone from the forum.

Cheers!
