So I'm cleaning out the 95 speedster I just got to get it on the lake after I fixed it with your guys help thanks again btw. I found this in the glove box. Is this for my boat or the trash can?

Anyone have any idea? Hate to put it in the nut bin if it's needed. Part of getting a project that someone else tears apart.
