My 95 XP 800 is on its last leg

Hey guys i have a 95 xp800. I bought it 4 years ago it was my dads best friend i dont think it had 24 hrs on it really. I bought it for 1900 the cleanest around in NC. Had no prob with it until the last two years the trim computer went out . Then i got on it this weekend and i think the computer is going out so i think i will part it out. I have rode it every summer weekend for the past four years.

Is the motor worth 400
What it the whole thing worth
I am buying a 255 next summer

what makes you think the p.c. is bad? disconnect the vts, and leave it in nuetral, clean the raves, pull the carbs, go thru them, and ur back in business.

when u start it goes 10 ft quits 10 ft quits 10 ft quits then u try to put the key on it and nothing for the rest of the day my cousins 96 did the same then the computer went out.

sounds like fuel delivery to me.....grey fuel lines?

yea it has acted up the whole time i have had it it will fire up out of the water
