My 95 SP Starts but when you hit throttle it stalls

Can anyone tell me why my 95 Sp stall when I hit the throttle the throttle sticks wide open but also I was looking at it today and the big flush hose that leads into the engine came losse could this have caused my problem the throttle was sticking when I got it but it was not stalling out when I hit the throttle any help would be great I cant find anything in the manual troubleshooting section

As far as the throttle sticking, with the engine not running, remove the spark arresters, and flick the throttle valve( butterfly) open and close to see if it returns to closed position. Sometimes the bushings on the throttle valve get sticky from dirt and need some spray lube like Pb-Blaster to free it up.
Be sure the loose hose isn't interfering with the cable also.
