My 2021 gti 170 se Ibr bucket move up and down freely

Was out ride the other day. everything going great was waiting for BC ferry to go past so i could jump the waves was in reverse for a moment then all of a sudden it would not go out of reverse i shut the ski down and turned it back on still in reverse i ended up reach ing down and freely pulling the bucket up that seemed to work, until i started jumping the ferries wave and I'm thinking dropped down on it own and through me off like Now. limped back to dock got home the bucket moves freely up and down about 3/4 of the way up there is a slight click i hooked up my buds get a C-2102 code??? any thoughts
