2001 challenger will start and restart fine but after 4 times or so, it doesn't start. I have to jump the starter solenoid, key on, and full throttle with a person in the drivers seat to throttle back the throttle so it doesn't take off out of control once it starts. It just seems as though it needs another second or two of the starter to stayed engaged for it to clear itself out... anyone else run into this and what did you end up doing to correct the issue?

Or i should ask, what should the range be?.... Also I'm using the quicksilver Dino oil...but not the premium stuff....could this cause anything?

Oil doesn't cause the engine to flood. But an out-of-whack fuel injection system does.

As far as the range, and how to do it... just look in the manual. The tests are outlined.
