Starting a thread for myself to document my progress. 1 of these RX's runs, the other was used for parts / low compression. Pulled the plugs on the running ski...

Autolite 985. Is this the correct plug? I ordered some NGK's off amazon that I'll use. Looking awfully rich.

The non-running ski has the correct plugs, but looks like the front cylinder is the culprit

Ruh oh... was this motor bored out /sleeved ?

Check your oil pump setting and post a picture. There are probably 2 lines of adjustment for the pump. I'm looking at the same kinda burn on the plugs of a newly rebuilt engine. Some say that's a good idea on the DI and Seadoo recommends the "more rich" oil setting. I think it's too much oil but I"m trying to find something to back that up. Plugs aren't too bad but not perfect for sure.
