My 1994 XP will not start.

I just purchased my xp a week ago. The jet ski has not run in a while. When I press the start button, the engine will turn over but won't start. I changed the plugs, battery, and plug caps. I think there is a spark. I noticed when I pulled one of plugs, there was allot of gas on the plugs. I also noticed that the throttle was stuck. I could barely squeeze the throttle. If I where to clean the carbs and free the throttle, will it start? please help.

It should start...sounds like a classic case of a flooded engine. Do exactly what you said and see what happens.

i freed the throttle. It still won't start. I don't think I am getting any spark. when I pull the boot off of the plugs, I'm not getting an ark to the plugs. And, how can I get all of that fuel out of the engine?

if you've turned it over a few times w/o it being full throttle it should clear it out. You should be more concerned with not getting any spark. Do you need to change your plugs?

I bought new plugs. and I bought new boots for the plugs. what else could be the problem.
