Hi guys I have a programmer from an ex racer but he has lost the instructions fro it. Got the password and I can set up my key an timing curve, reset service hours but it has rev limit settings in the menu aswell. Has anyone got a manual they can email or tell me if I can bump up my limit via this machine??

The only place to get a manual is from a seadoo dealer. They are the only ones that should have one because of the dess key security feature.

Programmer limitations....

The MPEM programmer you have is basically useless except for re-programming a new key or checking your hours. The reason? There are no output sensors for that year 787. If you attempt to change the rev limiter, you'll only blow up the engine, since it's already set for the highest possible operating range.

The programmer has those functions you see because it's used on many model Rotax engines and configurations. It's useful in determining problem codes in the 951 and 787 RFI and DI engines.

It's worth a good bit of money but not a lot you can do with it on your year model ski................
