More Rules and Stickers for Minnesota

Starting next year they're trying this sticker thing again, this time with a class and fee. Hopefully this goes the same way as the last few attempts and they drop it. I'm all for clean water and keeping the lakes as pristine as possible but these programs are getting ridiculous.
