Mobile app for this site?

Yesterday my phone switched over to a very NOT user friendly way to view this site.

At bone point a window opened and said there was a downloadable app for the site.

Is there an app? Or is there a means on how to view the site different ways via the mobile (iPhone in this case).

Well. Right after I posted this I found the drop down box on the lower left. I swapped to LIGHT WEIGHT and all is wonderful again,,,,

Still not entirely solved. It switches back to the SDF style after I post.

How can I force it to stay in the style I select?

I guess it depends on the phone, my phone (Galaxy s3) picked upon the mobile version the first time I logged in and stayed there for me, hasn't been an issue at all on my end.

Ive got the same phone and thats how i do it. Once on the site i hit the menu button on the phone and selected add to home screen and it added a link so it looks like an app. There is also tapatalk...thats the app most forums use for phones.

Joe, the site is supposed to stay in "light weight" when you view it from your phone unless you tell it other wise. Which iPhone is it?

iPhone 5...

It has been in Light Mode until yesterday. Opened a message like ai normally do and it said "there is an app for this site" would you like to download it. I choose no as I was always happy with the format/layout.

Well,,,, now it loads the full web page and it is NOT user friendly per say.

Now I open a message, scroll to the bottom and select LIGHT VIEW and it reloads the specific message in light view....

Might be a way to tell my phone what to do. Guess I will do some digging...

Well, it's back,,,,

Working perfectly now. No idea what happened. Jade to live with it for 5 days and it switched back.
