On the Merc M2 250 Optimax (2003) Oil Injection systems reserve tank there is a T on the inlet line at the tank (part# 32 see link below)

http://www.crowleymarine.com/mercury_parts/8067/130.cfm

There is nothing connected to the bottom of mine.
Is it a 1 way vent or should there be something connected to it?

There is also 1 white/blue electrial wire draped in this area connected to nothing.

Cheers,
Adam

The "T" is a four psi vent and needs to be left open so it's fine the way it is. As for the wire, my 200 has a number of capped wires that are designed to be used with accessories like the Smart Craft gauges which our Sea-Doo's do not use so it is likely fine as well. If you're concerned about the wire, try to trace where it goes and I'll have a look at the wiring diagram. I had a quick look already, but there are a number of blue/white wires, so with out having a starting point I can't be sure what it is for.

There is oil mist all over the port side of my engine,
I questioned if it was coming from the vent?
After winter clean up and 1/2 tank of fuel I,m already down 2 quarts of injector oil, and it looks like the motor was oil sprayed again.
Otherwise motor runs OK....

Is there any suggestions to find the leak or will the dealer be able to temporarily increase the injector pressure to find the leak?

Thanks,
Adam
