There is a sticky on the subject...but from the looks of your avatar your not a "premium member" anymore. Basically you need to unsubscribe it from pay pal.

I can help you with that task. If any member would like to end their jr. membership, you have nothing to do but stop logging in. If you've signed up for email alerts and want to stop that, you can turn them off in your profile before your last log off.
I don't see why anyone why want to end a jr. membership, doesn't make sense to me, it's free to anyone in the world. But, if you get tired of getting the email alerts after you stop using the service, I guess it can become annoying.
If this becomes annoying, any mod can help you stop your membership or the alerts.
