Matching impeller to wear ring

Bought a 139.5mm impeller for my 93 seadoo, what size wear ring do I need, fixing my self. Also, can this impeller be fixed

140mm wear ring.
I guess that impeller could be fixed but it is so bad it might not be worth it.
