I have a 2000 seadoo challenger 2000 with the twin Rotax Engine. I lost my manual. Is there somewhere I can find it?

Had a problem with my boat stalling. Just random. And won't start. However took it out of storage to test compression abd perfect. Started it for a quick 5 sec on land and no problem really. Got a tick on one motor when trying to start but I released the button tried again and away it started.

Sounds like it's not charging, and the voltage is going low.
