manual calls for br7es

on my 92 xp and 95 sp, the manual says to use br7es although when i bought them, one had br8es and the other had a 9 and I think a 10. I'm not going to use the 9 and 10 plugs but it seems that the 8's are ok to use or should I just go back to the 7's like the manual states? thanks

Your 92 and 95 SP should have the 7s. I' stick with that unless there were some major engine modifications (cone filters, larger bore, high compression, etc)
