Maintance Light

Over the weekend I was driving my 1998 GTX limited and the maintance light came on, I was wondering what kind of maintance that would be and if I need to bring it in now or if it can wait till the end of the season.

It could be that a scheduled maintenance is due to be done. To check to see if it is a maintenance thing or a trouble code. Press the "set" button for a few seconds, if the light goes out it is just a reminder...if it stays on it might be a trouble code needing a repair, in which case you'll have to go to a dealer to have it checked out and reset after the repair is complete.

I took out the seadoo this weekend and when I put the key on it did not flash maintenance... so it must of been scheduled maintenance and it must of cleared itself? Is that possible?

It is entirely possible. That is why I told you to do that.
