maint on dash

I have two 05 rxt's one with 74 hrs. and the other with 70 hrs. I have taken them to the dealer for service in the past, but am tired of paying so much. I changed oil my self this year, but now I have maint on both dashes. I pressed the set button 5 times on both and get "end". How do i reset the maint on them. Please help.

I know on the older ones you hold the set button for two seconds during the message blinking and it resets. I don't have access to the manuals right now but will look later.

I have tried the set button for two seconds, but no help. I heard some thing about holding the set and mode buttons together, but don't remember for how long and if there is any other seqence that has to be done.
