Anyway to hit the Bendix with wd40 with pulling the PTO?

If my cylinders are moving does that mean the Bendix IS working properly?

I just had a problem with my bendix i took my exhaust off and removed the starter and i sprayed some w-d40 in where the starter go and moved things around with my hand since i was there i replaced the starter and put everything back together and it fired right up.

Yes, if the cylinders are moving the Bendix is engaged.

yes if your able to crank from the starter button and the engine cranks over yes thats a good thing.
