Low speed location

99 speedster with 787s . Going to adjust the carbs to set idle and try to fix low speed bog today. The manual that came with the boat is missing the carb section and I have searched and searched and can't find the location of the high and low speed adjusters, I know where that are on the carb but which is which? Top low speed and bottom high speed? Or vice versa?

Top is the high speed, set it to factory settings and it should run, if not you need to dig deeper.

that's what I though but it wanted to make sure. Got the idle set at 3000 out of water. And low and high speed set to specs. Also I notice the accelerator pump nozzle was plugged on one carb. I bet that was my bog when I try to go WOT. Thanks this forum is awesome!
