low RPM low Speed

PLEASE HELP!!!! low RPM low Speed

just a history of what has happened....

last sumer we replaced the spark plugs from auto zone..BAD MISTAKE
after talking to the local sea doo shop, we were told to change the plugs and only use NGK so we did that.

This summer: changed plugs for first launch of the summer. everything worked great..until the second time at the lake. Ran great at first and after about an hour of playing this is what happened.

Tried to accelerate and 3000 RPMs and about 10 MPH, that lasts for about 2 minutes then back to normal, was told to change plugs again with new plugs and make sure of gap.

Is there something else to do as well? could this be the rev limiter?

If it is the rev limiter it will have a very fast surg. the engine will sound kind of like run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, I hope you can make some sort of sence of this:ack:
