Low RPM at idle 1999 GXT LTD

Hello Everyone,

I just recently started having some problems with my ski having low RPM's while at idle. In the water it’s roughly around 1000 to 1200. Also i have trouble starting the ski without depressing on the throttle. I need some help on where to start. Would I need to adjust an idle screw or something? Spark plugs have already been changed so that’s not the problem. I need a starting point guys, please help.

Matt, what I would do is turn the idle screw up a couple turns. it should idle at about 1,500 RPM's in the water and about 2,000 on the hose.

Can you please help me locate my idle screw. Or where do i look. I didn't see it in the manual ?
