Low oil

I accidentally ran my Seadoo challenger 180 sc with low oil. The alarm only came on once for 2 seconds than went off, the oil was at the bottom bend of the dipstick. Did I cause any damage?

You are probably fine. That sensor is suppose to tell you when you are low, it did its job. Add oil and go for a test ride. Do NOT overfill is. To high creates crank case pressure and the engine looses performance.

Thanks for the quick reply, one other thing I forgot to mention is when I run the boat I have the coolant temp on and it stayed at 186 as usual.

Hopefully all is fine. The low engine temp and short duration of the oil alarm are indicators you simply need oil and suffered no damage.

I just got it changed and the dealer I went to has not been the best in the past, so I am guessing they didn't top it off since there are no leaks and it isn't burning it, this was the first run since it was changed.
