Low idel speed issue

I have a problem with 1 of my 2 engines. I need to adjust the idea speed up a touch. One of the engines are stalling when the boat is in the water. I could not put it in forward or reverse without the engine stalling. I am mechanically inclined but need some direction on the location of the idea screws or cable tensioner I would be adjusting. Any help is appreciated.

See the picture below, your idle screw is circled in red. Turning it in, increases the idle speed.
