Low Cost Solution For A Floating Dock, Air Dock?

Have a 99 Challenger 1800. Looking for a low cost solution in keeping it out of the water. Have a house on a lagoon. Water level is only about 3-5 feet. Lift would cost upwards of 10k. Are there any creative people out there that figured out a low cost solution to keep the boat out of the water. Airdocks, Jetdocks, any suggestion would be great. Boat is 18 feet.
