Low compression on 2012 210 challenger Single Engine

I rebuilt my 2012 210 challenger engine and tried to start it up today. No luck

I just took a compression reading on cylinder 3 and it was 80psi which I know if terrible.

I'm wondering if my battery is low or I have a Bendix issue.

Thoughts?

Rebuild = new rings, baskets, etc.

I took compression readings and all there chclinders are at about 70. No change when adding marvels to the cylinder.

I just noticed that I have a CPS 0335 fault.

My guts telling me maybe my timing is off or I'm 180 out. What do you think?
