Loss of top speed?

Looking at a pair of 2002 skis gtx di and rx di, and the seller said they had lost almost 10mph of top speed. He said they would just need new impellers. They only have 125 hours or so on them. Does anyone have any ideas on the problem or should I just steer clear. I think I can get a good price also.

The GTX DI and RX DI are good machines, but they need TLC to keep them up and running. There are a lot of members that have those machines. I hope some will chime in here.
