Loose throttle lever

The port side throttle lever on my speedster is very loose. In fact, if you are going above 20 mph, the wind will blow it back to idle.

I've got the whole assembly out (for a different reason where I broke both reverse cables ). Does anyone know if there is a place to tighten up the lever?

A phillips head on the side tightened mine up.

You can tighten the screws on the levers to make them tighter. The manual tells you how to to do also and shows some nice pics of it.

Howie, I read that darn shop manual twice and never saw it. After you posted it I went back to prove I read it all and, I'll be damned, there it is on the first page of the throttle controller chapter!
