loose hose

have a hose on the left side of ski it goes to what looks like a check valve and then through the the hull I can trace it from the hull into the cavity but the end is not attached to anything .where does it go?

It sounds like it could be a fuel tank vent hose... It vents out the hull of the seadoo. If it isn't see if you can post a picture.

Possibly the vent hose for the original non-sealed Yuasa battery. The sealed maintenance free batteries don't need the vent hose. But your battery has the yellow caps across the top, you should hook up the vent hose to it.

thanks it is not the fuel vent hose as it is on the right side and intack but didnt know about the battery vent hose and couldnt find this showing in the manual but the batt is a new style and that is a possibility
