what happend to it, have you pulled the head off?. i need some more info befor i give you an opinion. Im putting one together right now so give me some info and ill help you out. also what year is it? EDIT i didnt realize who you were... do you have pic so i can see the damage?

you say, there 4-tec's are crap, other say'n, there 2-strokes are sh**, but yet, they've been around how long, and probably continue to be around for ALOT longer...PERIOD..

I dont want toget off topic. There "4tec's" are not built to oem specs. The factory one blew up but itll be ok with inferior parts :ack:. If you research the 4tec history youll see the changes Rotax did to the 4-tec over the year youll also find out about there flaws and why its bad to use inferior parts. Ive heard from most people that sbt does back there product but your still better off buying a low hr used motor for the same price.
