Looking for solution to reduce the glare on my instrument cluster

My instrumentation cluster is very hard to read on my 2009 Wake 155. In fact, almost every jetski I have ridden has the same problem. What solutions have you used to improve the visibility of the gauges? I was thinking about some anti-reflective film. Or is the plastic just so faded that it will not help? Thanks in advance.
