2004 GTX 4 Tec supercharged. Was the water started acting like it was running on one cylinder after loading on trailer fires up and revs just fine. only work done lately is supercharger just rebuilt and installed and also replace starter solenoid. It cranks over very slowly I had the battery load tested they said it was fine but I have my suspicions. If I let it sit for about 10 minutes on the water it would run fine for about 1 minute and start acting up again. can somebody tell me where to start looking this seems to indicate a lot of different things don't know where to start.

Define "fine". How many CCA is the battery producing? Voltage?

Maintenance records? Pre-season maintenance performed? Post season (from last season) performed? Or, are you one of those owners who rides it hard and puts it away wet and then expects it to run great when you pull it out for the summer?

Supercharged or turbocharged, very sensitive to plugs in any engine. Don't know why SeaDoo doesn't spec an iridium type plug. They don't foul or wear out, just fail to produce a hot spark under pressure. May also be related to the pretty tiny coils used to.
