Hi all, this is one great forum and i am glad i have an 98 xp ltd just so i can be part of it

I picked up an 98 xp ltd that the beeper had been disconnected at the computer, PUSHED pin that had been taped after it had been pushed out of the connector. :boxing_smiley:

any way for the most part my xp runs great and i have been having a blast with it.

It has a 951 with a Rossier Engineering Stage 1 kit in it.

After repairing pushed pin.

I put the key (plug) to start up ski i get the normal 2 short beeps. and it starts up great and runs good.

My problem is while i am riding i get a single long beep, every (2-3 mins)

It happens at all rpms.

I have flushed the ski, and while riding i have good water stream coming out of tell tail

What is the computer trying to tell me?

Should i be concerned or just unplug the beeper.

Thanks

and the advanced self-diag runs with out any problems

I am not sure about the long beep on yours. But I have gotten the long beep twice while riding my seadoo. I have a RXP so im not even sure if the beeps mean the same thing. One of the reasons I have go it was for Low Fuel and the other was for Oil. Have you checked you oil level lately?
