Location of Throttle Guardian in 2005 Seadoo Utopia 240efi

My boat will not rev past 1000rpm. Can any body tell me where the Throttle Guardian is located and what it looks like

It should be in the helm. But hopefully one of the other guys can chime in. (someone who owns a Utopia)

Does anyone have a picture of a throttle guardian they can post? I have a 2000 Challenger 2000 w/240 EFI and I can't seem to find it under the driver's helm either. Maybe the previous owner took it out. I'd love to know what I'm looking for.

It should be mounted around where the fuses are, in your helm.
