Listing to the right

I have a 2007 Challenger 230 that lists to the right about 10 degrees. Rides fine and seems to level out after I get it up to speed. No water in the hull and no hull damage. Any thoughts before I take it to the dealer. Oh, my motors are also out of snyc with the port running about 1000 RPMs higher than the other. Thanks for the help
