I see your very annoyed about this, by the way you left the cap locks on.

It is a shame that we are governed by the Authorities.

But maybe its a safety thing thats going on here.
Think about it.
Can you imagine a 14 year old going along at that speed. Or any inexperienced rider for that matter.

Maybe you could join a Club and take up raceing.

Speed......

I've been on the water at 70 miles an hour. I was a passenger and we hit a small wake and I was thrown off. I was knocked unconsious and can only thank the good lord I was wearing my life jacket.
As far as big brother holding you back? He isn't. You can build what ever type speed racer you want, on the water, land or air. But he's not going to let a manafacturer make a vehichle capable of killing someone. No different than the seatbelt law, the helmet law, or the laws dictated to the auto industry that require them to have air bags or do safety tests to make sure there vehicles pass stringent codes, all in order to keep us safe.
So I say to you my friend, before you come in here hollering at people cause you can't go any faster than 70, I think you'd be best to find a forum where nuts like you can find ways of killing themselves without involving the general public.
