Under 30hrs on my 2020 Wake Pro and just got a P0325 code which is the knock sensor #1 ... this is crazy ... I was told to steer away from SeaDoo and now I’m paying for not adhering to the advice ... not literally cause it’s under warranty but now I’ll be out of using for at a minimum 3 weeks because of the lack of seadoo technicians available any and everywhere ... seadoo cover has rubbed my paint to shit just in the three times I towed with it on ... and now this ... rant over ...

Couldn't hurt, but the manual states to use 87 octane.

Actually I just read the manual again and it does take 87 AKI, it’s 91 RON ... so maybe this is because I was using too high of an octane gas. US uses the AKI not the RON rating so that’s my fault on that part. I’ll see what happens when I flush the gas and replace it with 87 but do these types of codes go away on their own?

as I read more ... I should pay attention more ... 87 is the minimum rated octane for a 230 ... but it doesn’t say anything about recommending a higher octane or anything of that nature so I’m going to go with it’s not the fuel ... it’ll go into the shop and I’ll probably not see it for 2 months because BRP can’t keep technicians hired and the ones they do have are overwhelmed with the number of machines out there ... the ratio of technicians to skis is reallly badly off

My apologies, my service manual says this about the code you saw, maybe you have a loose connection, it's right under the intake manifold.

Thanks, yeah I have the manual too, I took a quick look to see if I could find the connection but I didn’t want to get to the point I was taking anything apart due to having a warranty still. I couldn’t find it, they’ve got it tucked in there good but I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s all it is. Cause my battery cable has already come loose twice, the bolt they’re using to hold that in only catches a thread or two because it’s not long enough.
