Hello fellow Seadooers, has anyone installed led lightening to light up the inside of the boat at night?
Im looking for a nice blue, recessed waterproof lighting to install inside the boat to essentially light up the floor at night.
Thanks!

What boat do you have?

I have the 98 sportster 1800... I removed my deck lights to remove the bulb.... I still used the same housing... Then I bought the cheap blue led from walmart...there waterproof and meant for motorcycles... They fit good inside the old housing... There's sticky adhesive on the back of the lights... Then I just wired them back...also put in a nice blue led drain plug... Ill see if I can post some pics.

I have a 2004 sportster LE di. it doesnt have any lighting at all so i would have to cut out a few spots to install the reccessed lighting pods.

Oznium are great lights. Very well priced and very versatile. You can buy 10 of the small lights for like 40 bucks. I used them to light up the interior of my 98. I just put them in the cupholders and under the dash. I also bought the LED replacements for the factory cabin lights, but i never got around to putting them in. Just a bunch of the small 4 chip lights will light up an entire interior.
