Learner key for older two stroke Seadoo Boats??

Is it possible to program a learner key for a 1998 Seadoo Speedster?? I have this boat for sale and the question was asked? Anybody know if its supported? Or was this strictly for 4tecs?

I have never heard about or seen in any of the literature a learning key for any of the 2-strokes. If it existed, I think it would be in the service manuals. I am pretty sure it is only for the 4 Tecs.

It was only in the newer skis. (about 2006)
