lean=bad....forced induction=bad?

so i have heard that a lean condition is a bad thing. its understandable, so does that mean that engines that are turbo and/or supercharged will have a shorter lifespan than naturally aspirated engines?

maybe im just thinking of 2stroke engines....are there any force induction 2-stroke engines?
i can understand it would be less harmful in a 4-stroke cause all the air and gas stays above the piston but in a 2-stroke its also on the side and below.

Boosting a regular gas 2 stroke is useless. it puts extra stress on the rod during the bypass phase... and it just pushes the extra air/fuel out the port... and you never really build extra volume in the combustion chamber.

A properly tuned "Boosted" engine (4-stroke) can live a long and healthy life. BUT... a slightly lean condition under boost is amplified, and can hammer the big end bearing out of an engine in about 3 seconds. OR... it will melt the piston crown.
