Deeket Active Member Jun 14, 2018 #1 Have a 1987 seadoo speedster leaking at factory joint between hull and deck Has anyone ever fixed this before. I gather I take off the rub rail and inspect the rivets Drill them out and use 3m 5200 or 3m 4000 Any guidance would be appreciated

Dr Honda Well-Known Member Jun 14, 2018 #2 Its been known to happen, and as you have already gathered... it's a pin in the butt job. Drill out all the rivets, and you may actually be able to separate the top and bottom hulls.
