You need a new fuel baffle, or you can try to repair the old one. Its the long cylindrical plastic tube that goes in the top of the tank with 4 different fuel lines connected to it. A new one is around $150-$160 and can be installed easily at home. The float inside has developed a hole and is not floating. Personally, I always choose to replace them, becasue they have superceeded the old part number with a new one that does a better job.
