OK now I know these are 4 stroke but I still have my 2 94 xp's so still part of this part. Anyways so about a month ago I was at the lake and saw some stranded people on a larger seadoo so I pulled them in. They were taking on water. Long story short at some point someone had hit a rock or something and basically shaved the gelcoat and put a orange sized indention on the bottom of a 2004 seadoo xp supercharged edition seadoo. When they pulled it out I helped look at the damage and overhead son and father say how they are worthless now so they might as well get rid of the pair. Anyways I quickly gave them my name and number. Well needless to say I went by there electrical shop, very wealthy people may I say, and offered him $1500 for the wrecked seadoo a 2004 gtx supercharged and another 2003 gtx limited, plus the double trailer with new tires. He said he was going to see if his workers wanted them before he made a decision. Anyways he ended up calling me friday and I went and picked them up. The supercharged seadoo had taken on water so this scared the owner as not know what to do and figured it was toast, the other one he was told by a mechanic that it needed a fuel pump and quoted him $1000. Anyways he thought I gave him a good deal as he was about to unload a ton of cash on fixing these things. I brought them home drained the water cleaned plugs and started up the Supercharged one, the other ski starts right up but I think they just left old fuel in the tank from last year as this was the first time out for the year. Anyways they are cosmetically beaten but a good buffing and polishing will get them back to good appearance. The fiberglass work I intend to tackle this fall/winter slowly of course and next year I should have a pretty good set of ski's. 104 hrs on 03 and 105 on 04 SC one. Anyways what do yall think.
